    You can create a membership by filling in the information requested from you on the Luce Garden membership page and by declaring that you accept the terms of the membership.

    Our site only accepts memberships created through the approved dealer network. Memberships created outside of our dealers are rejected by the system.

    No, there is no fee while subscribing to our website.

     
  3. How do I change my membership information and password?

    You can easily update your membership and password information in the My Membership Information section, which you can access from the "My Account" page.

     
  4. How do I unsubscribe from the email list?

    Please contact us with the e-mail address you are a member of if you want to leave our e-mail list where you can get the most up-to-date information and opportunities about our brand and campaigns.

ABOUT THE PRODUCT

  1. How is the product cleaned?

Rattan garden furniture products can be easily cleaned with the help of a damp cloth using only water. Chemical-containing cleaning agents should be avoided in the cleaning of the products, and natural cleaning materials should only be used when necessary.

  1. Is it suitable for use in the sun?
 

Rattan seating groups, which use sun-resistant, UV-added top-class materials, come to the fore in terms of durability when compared to similar garden furniture products.
 

  1. Is there a cushion in the products?

    Yes, cushions are available in all seating group products.

     
  2. How to clean the seat cushions?

    Fabrics used on cushions are suitable for cleaning. Thanks to the olefin yarn structure suitable for outdoor use, fabrics can be easily cleaned.

    The fabrics used in the products have water repellency against all outdoor conditions. The fabric used in our products has successfully passed 7 different tests as light, weather conditions, UV, demolition, seawater, pool water, and anti-scratch.

    It is washed at 30° C.
    Dry cleaning is available.
    Ironing is not allowed.

     
  3. Is there glass on the table/coffee table?

    Yes, impact-resistant tempered glass is used in table and coffee table product groups.

     
  4. What is the warranty period of the products?

    Our products are under warranty for 2 years against production and workmanship faults.

  5. Is assembly service provided?

    The assembly service is provided upon request by the assembly team of our stores within the 30 km limit in the regions where our stores are located. You can obtain information through Customer Service for detailed information about installation and assembly.

 

 

PAYMENT METHODS

  1. What are the payment methods?

    Our dealer network can perform its payments by credit card or bank transfer.

     
  2. Is it safe to give out my credit card information?

    Information about the credit card used during shopping is encrypted with 128 bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol, independent of our shopping sites, and sent to the relevant bank for questioning. The transaction takes place if the card is approved. Third parties are prevented from obtaining this information under any circumstances since no information about the card can be viewed and recorded by us.

     
  3. Can my credit card information be used without my consent?

    No, it is not. The reliability of the payment/invoice/delivery address information of the orders placed online with a credit card is controlled by our company. Therefore, the accuracy of financial and address/telephone information must first be confirmed for customers who place an order from our shopping site for the first time to arrive at the procurement and delivery stage.

    The credit card holder customer or the relevant bank is contacted and it is not possible to change to control this information, if necessary. Therefore, action is taken within the 128-bit SSL security area during membership transactions. This system is an international encryption standard that cannot be broken

    Yes, the product price including VAT is presented on the shopping page of the product.

     
  2. What should I do when I receive an error on the payment screen?

    Please make sure that you have entered your card limit, card number, expiry date, CVC code, and other requested information correctly if you are receiving errors in the transactions you are trying to make with your credit card.

    The card should be available for online shopping since the transaction is made with online payment over the internet. Please contact your bank and check whether your card is open for online shopping.

    Check with your bank whether there is a lost or stolen report on behalf of the card you are trying to use.

     In case you use an additional card, check whether the main cardholder has canceled the transaction.

    Check your internet connection.

    Make sure that you enter the code you received in the 3D Security stage correctly if any.

    The order is displayed on the screen and can be collected after the payment for payments made by wire transfers. Please contact us if you cannot access the order confirmation screen.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

  1. How soon is the product delivered?

    The products are produced within 15 working days after the order payment is approved and shipped to you. Shipments within Turkey are delivered within 2-5 working days, depending on the density of the cargo company and the distance to be transported.

    You should contact us and get information about the production process before purchasing bulk products.

     
  2. How are the products shipped?

    The products are shipped to you through the cargo and shipping companies with which we have a contract.

     
  3. Are there shipping/delivery fees?

    No, our products are delivered free of charge.

     
  4. What should I do when I receive a defective/missing product?

    You must contact us to create a record for defective or missing products.

     
  5. Which regions do you deliver to?

    We ship all over Turkey through our contracted transportation companies.

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

  1. How does the return process work?

    Within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product to themselves or the person/organization at the address indicated, the buyer may use the right to withdraw from the agreement by rejecting the product without assuming any legal and criminal liability and without stating any justification.

    Returns are accepted with the original box and packaging. Return of damaged, missing products is not accepted.

  2. How soon can the post-refund payment be withdrawn?

    The product price shall be returned to the bank within 14 days from this cancellation if the buyer has made the payment by credit card, but the bank can transfer the refund amount arising from the relevant order to the buyer's account within 2-3 weeks.
