RATTAN KNITTING
Our products are produced with special production synthetic rattan knitting threads. Luce Garden is produced with knitting ropes imported through Wintec, which is a pioneer in the world in the field of garden furniture products. The imported rattan product is manufactured from 97% pe (polyethylene) material.
The most important feature of rattan yarn used in production is that it is not harmful to human health. Rattan seating groups, which are produced by special knitting techniques, resistant to water, rain, wind, moisture, cold, and sun, and use UV-added top-class materials, come to the fore in terms of durability when compared to similar garden furniture products. The synthetic rattan substance used in our products prevents adverse conditions such as infestation and decay, which are frequently seen in garden furniture. The products have successfully passed the cracking and drying resistance tests.
MAINTENANCE
There is no additive on our products produced with synthetic rattan knitting ropes. Our knitting ropes can maintain their original form for long periods with their protection properties against external factors. However, regular maintenance of the product you own is an important factor in extending its shelf life.
Maintenance periods of Rattan products vary according to the usage area of the product. Especially the products that come into contact with direct sunlight need to be maintained more frequently.
Rattan garden furniture products can be easily cleaned with the help of a damp cloth using only water. Chemical-containing cleaning agents should be avoided in the cleaning of the products, and natural cleaning materials should only be used when necessary.
ALUMINUM FRAME
In the frame structure of the product, full thermal aluminum is used in accordance with the norms 40 43, with 1.5 mm and 2.4 mm wall thickness, in different diameters, suitable for the skeleton. In joining the parts of the skeleton, the joint is made by MIG welding (by throwing the spot). The joints are also reinforced with tig welding by adding teak wire to the remaining gaps and the excess welding parts are ground and made ready for the painting process.
The skeleton enters the drying oven by chromatin (making the smooth aluminum surface a micron roughness) before painting for the aluminum to oxidize and the paint to fully adhere to the skeleton. Silicon-based electrostatic paint is applied to the skeleton coming out of the drying oven, and it is kept in the 200-degree paint oven for sufficient time and our skeleton is ready to be knitted.
